 November, 12th 2015 – Golden Tulip Hospitality Management Indonesia, part of Louvre Hotels Group has today signed a management agreement with Visesa Resort & Villas. The Hotel Management agreement was signed by Ir.Tjok Gd Dharmayuda Sukawati, Director and Mr. Mark Van Ogtrop, Managing Director South East Asia for Louvre Hotels Group as the representatives of the respective companies.

The resort is located in Ubud, the central foothills of Bali, which is a famous for its rice paddies and terraces. It is one of Bali’s major arts and culture centres and has developed a large tourism industry. Especially for the foreign travelers it is one of the more popular destinations in Bali.

The resort has been designed to capture the essence of a Balinese village and satisfy the curiosity about daily life on the island. A combination of over 100 luxury villas and rooms are laid out across the resort and are connected by a series of winding pathways. The resort will featrure several special restaurant outlets, also along the river gorge. Furthermore a special Spa which will give the resort a retreat functionality. The resort is scheduled to open Q1 of 2016

At Royal Tulip Visesa the landscaping has been carefully retained to conserve its lush greenery. There are two man-made lagoons fed by fresh water diverted from an onsite irrigation canal. Other highlights include productive rice terraces and a perma culture garden that will eventually supply the resort with organically grown fruit and vegetables.

The resort has been planned by a team of experts to ensure that it becomes an icon with a unique hospitality concept that engages guests and gives back to the local community. It is a place where everyone can rediscover what the quality of life is really all about.
